Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reley ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Reley provides a secure terminal remote access service that allows users to access and share terminal sessions from any device using end-to-end encryption. The Service includes a CLI tool and a web-based dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service offers a Pro plan at $10/month with a 1-day free trial.
• Payment is processed by our partner Polar. By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@reley.sh for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious software or conduct cyberattacks
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the Service's security measures
• Use the Service for unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to access
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Reley and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

The CLI tool is provided for your use in connection with the Service. You retain all rights to the content transmitted through your terminal sessions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, although we make best efforts to maintain availability and security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and pro-rate any remaining subscription period.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page in your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
